Innovative Park is terraced according to plans approved by the Westmoreland County Soil Conservation District and slopes from each side toward the middle, where storm water is directed to an unnamed tributary of Four Mile Run. MAWC provides municipal water at the commercial entrance on site and municipal sewage was completed in the summer of 2008.

Building A

30’ X 45’ with a 10’ X 28’ addition in the rear. Full basement. Built in 1952.

Building B

Built in 1982. Offers a clear span of 48’ X 64’ (14’ ceiling) with 18’ X 36’ & 12’ X 16’ additions. It contains an office with a mezzanine, a bathroom, and four overhead access doors. Heat is radiant propane. Fully insulated.

Building C

Built in 1984. Offers a clear span 40’ X 80’. Pole constructed building with a 32’ X 40’ & 48’ X 40’ compartments. An 8’ X 34’ addition houses an office and bathroom. Ceilings are 16’. There is no heat, but the building is fully insulated.

Building D

Built in 1986. It is a clear span 48’ X 100’ pole constructed structure, having two floors. It is fully insulated and employs heat pumps for HVAC. The bottom floor contains several offices, a large “operations” room, storage area with a 16’ ceiling and kitchen facility. The second floor is undivided, except for bathroom facilities. A large door provides access for forklifts to move materials indoors.

Building E

Constructed in 1989 for a private office facility. Upon entering the building, there is a reception parlor. Two floors are fully insulated and employ heat pumps for HVAC.

Wiring for electronic equipment is protected from power surges by a large UPS station.

Two conference areas exist, one formal, with vaulted, mirrored ceiling. A hidden doorway leads to a fully detailed private apartment on the second floor. Half of the second floor is also dedicated to individual offices and has private access to the outdoors. Incoming wiring is below ground and phone cabling is for 100 pair.

Building F

Constructed in 1988. This structure is 40’ X 80’ and was built for equipment storage. It is clear span with 16’ ceilings and of a drive-through design. Portable pallet racks are used inside for storage.

Building G

Constructed in 1992. Ceiling height is 8’ and the indoor landscape accommodates reception, offices, and a lab. Electronic equipment is protected by UPS. Water is municipal and electrical service is an individual account.
